Key Return and Refund Details

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery (you cannot initiate returns after the 14-day return period expires)
  • Refund Processing Time: 7 days after receiving your return

Return Procedure

In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have the option to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us at info@vessallondon.com and we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or a different item was sent to you than what you ordered. We want to make the return process as easy as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind; make sure the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags still attached. Use the original packaging for the return shipment. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 14-day return period expires. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received a shipment that is damaged or if the goods do not match your requirements (for example, wrong size or colour), please do not hesitate to contact us! Document the problem with a photo, briefly describe what is wrong and contact us with your order number at info@vessallondon.com.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for new items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. If you would like to exchange your items, please contact us at info@vessallondon.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If everything is in order, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

Cancel

If you decide to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. The maximum cancellation period is before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you cancel too late, the order may have already been shipped and you will have to proceed with the return process.
